Achieve your goals by sharing them.
Defining a goal explicitly and sharing it with someone who supports you is exactly what you need to really get started.
It's not just a matter of method, it's a matter of relationship: by sharing a goal with someone, it becomes easier to start it, it becomes easier to complete it.
This is known as the mutual accountability effect: the commitment doesn't just stay in your head, it becomes real and shared.
It's above all a community that works with you and for you — made up of supporters and, if you want, even professionals who help you really achieve your goal.
It's a small agreement, maybe even a promise, with yourself… and with those who accompany you.
Talking about it and clarifying is a necessary step, but not sufficient. In fact, as long as you don't do anything, guess what will change? …you guessed it!
You need an action-oriented approach and support, something that allows you to take the first step (STEP)… and the next ones.
Do or do not,
there is no try
